HR Business Transformation Culture & Organization
Renowned multinational company based in Barcelona is hiring an HR Change Manager./ HR Business Transformation Culture € Organization. It will be report to the Senior Iberia HR Director and it will be the HR strategic and operational partner along the business transformation, during the process definition and the implementation, being the interlocutor, accompanying and advising the different stakeholders.
Functions and Responsabilities:
Lead and coordinate from a HR point of view the project implementation in Iberia, participating in meetings and providing valuable solutions during all phases of the project.
Understand the company’s business model, the global vision and the different phases, processes and objectives that the implementation of the business transformation will entail in order to accompany the organisation.
You will coordinate strategic topics related to human resources in liaison with HRBPs, HR Department (Legal & Labour Relations, HR Payroll & Operation, Talent Acquisition and Development) and Managers and in some specific topics you will manage the concrete project.
You will propose, develop and implement internal communications to accompany the project and cultural change in collaboration with Marketing department.
You will propose and advice on any relevant topic to be considered and implemented to facilitate the efficiency, timeline and quality of the Project.
Profile:
Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Psychology or others.
Previous experience of +4 years in a similar position.
Other studies will be valued as culture and organizational change, Project Management, or Internal communication management.
Upper English and Spanish speaker used on daily bases with international teams.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
