Purchase and Supply Specialist

Renowned international company in the cosmetic sector is looking for a motivated and organized candidate as Purchase and Supply Responsible who will be part of the supply chain department and work hand in hand with the Operations Director for it office located in the province of Barcelona ( El Maresme ).

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and forecasting stock levels. 

Making and monitoring yearly purchase forecasts.

Maintaining safety stocks. 

Producing reports and statistics of sales, purchases and stock levels.

Continually improve purchasing methods and procedures in order to optimize costs, simplify internal processes and help brand development. 

Initiate, establish and develop good relationships with existing suppliers. 

Prepare and process purchase orders.

Transport pricing negotiation. 

Logistics and transport management. 

Logistics and transport management. 

Support our Product Management. 

Integration of new purchase tool. 

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field. 

Minimum of 3-4 years in similar position, within supply chain or purchasing department.

Very Good MS Office knowledge-Advanced level of Excel. 

Fluent in English, written and spoken. 

Fluent / native in Spanish. 

Private transport. 

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and positive attitude. 

Organized and process orientated. 

Enthusiastic, high energy, pro-active, hands-on mentality, motivated, team player and ability to work autonomously. 

Ability to think out of the box. 

Ability to work under pressure and leadership.
